Internship Placement for Psychology Doctoral Students Continues at top Rate

The University of Southern Mississippi’s graduate programs in School Psychology, Counseling Psychology and Clinical Psychology continue to enjoy a 100 percent internship placement rate for their doctoral students at some of the top American Psychological Association (APA)-accredited institutions in the U.S.

“We could not be more excited for our students,” said Dr. Joe Olmi, chairman of the USM Department of Psychology. “It is a testament to their hard work and the hard work of their respective faculty mentors.”

*Heather Whipple of Edwardsville, Ill.: Johns Hopkins Kennedy Krieger Center, Neurobehavioral Unit.
