The University of Southern Mississippi’s annual Summer Gifted Studies Program, presented by the Frances Karnes Center for Gifted Studies, will be held June 19-24 on the Hattiesburg campus. Deadline for registration is Thursday, March 31.
The one-week residential program is for intellectually gifted students in grades 4 through 8 is designed to enhance cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities of gifted students through planned enrichment/acceleration activities. Students will be housed in dormitories on the Hattiesburg campus. The tuition cost includes room, board, recreational and cultural activities and limited accident insurance.
