World renowned flutist and musicologist Ulrike Anton will perform and lecture Tuesday, March 15 at 6:30 p.m. in Bennett Auditorium on The University of Southern Mississippi Hattiesburg campus. The event is part of the spring University Forum series, and admission is free.

On Friday, April 15, the Southern Miss Alumni Association, in conjunction with the University’s Athletic Department, will present “Parrothead Night at ‘The Pete.’”

The Technology Learning Center (TLC) at The University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast invites beginners to advanced level athletes to a free tennis clinic for adults and children with disabilities. The clinic will be held from 10 a.m. – noon Saturday, March 19 at the university’s tennis courts on the Gulf Park campus in Long Beach.

Drivers Education classes are offered from June 4 - 24, 2011 with sessions available in either the morning or afternoon. In order to take part, students must be at least 14 years old and entering the 9th grade in the fall to attend classes.
